Welcome to Williamerzo Co. By using our website or renting equipment from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Williamerzo Co. provides portable toilet rentals, luxury restroom trailers, hand wash stations, and scheduled cleaning services to commercial and residential customers in Fernandina Beach, FL and surrounding areas.

2. Rental Agreements

Specific rental terms, durations, fees, and servicing schedules are documented in your individual rental agreement. The rental agreement controls in case of conflict with these general terms.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe, accessible placement areas free of overhead hazards.
• Notify us promptly of damage, theft, or service issues.
• Use equipment only for its intended purpose.
• Pay invoices according to agreed terms.

4. Payment

Invoices are due according to the terms stated on your rental agreement. Late payments may incur fees. We accept credit cards, ACH, and checks.

5. Damage & Loss

Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or improper placement after delivery. Repair or replacement costs will be billed.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery may incur a fee. Event rentals canceled within 7 days of the event may be subject to deposits being non-refundable.

7. Liability

Williamerzo Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the rental amount paid.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version on our website is the current version.
